The audit tool serving the development strategy of the company?
"The audit is a business situation at a given time relative to a repository.
audits are generally: •
target (strategy, finance, economics, technology, organization, quality assurance, environment, health, safety, human resources ...)
• limited in their scope of action and the framing of objectives.
However, they can not ignore the global knowledge of the company (its culture, its know-how, business, politics ...)
audits provide a formalization "black on white" problems encountered every day and who until then had been regarded as fiction.
audits are based on a culture of measurement and reasoning on objective facts. They are secured in their methodology to conduct precise and effective. But they must also be sufficiently open in their recommendations so as not to inhibit creativity.
This finding implies competence in the methodology and evaluation that deserves to be performed by a "third party" independent.
The audit is the first step in a project progress.
The definition of the audit is completed by its purpose which is to provide areas improvement through the identification of deficiencies and assessing gaps.
Forget this purpose or interpreted, is to forget completely the essential values of the audit.
"Giving a positive image of the fictional company towards clients, institutions, information, shareholders ..."
"Increase revenue through additional missions of advice ..."
... This disregard for objectivity, independence, impartiality, of dedication, integrity and honesty of the consultant listener.
